My Review
The movie is a perfectly split blend of thriller and comedy. While it is a comedy there are a number of pretty violent scenes, but, don't worry, it doesn't cross the line to the point where it's unwatchable. Moreover, I was mesmerized by the acting. Jeong-min brings the intensity and drama with his prosecutor role. And, I found him more than well-suited for this complex and fascinating role. Then came Dong-won's comedic elements. His character, Han, is a funny, and a somewhat likable con man. Whenever he’s on screen, the mood becomes lighthearted, which perfectly compliments the latter's intensity. Although, my one issue with the movie was the extensive time jump. As soon as Jae-Wook was imprisoned, the story leaped 5 years ahead, which, for me, was a bit disappointing. I was hoping for some intense drama showing his hardships and experiences in prison, but was deprived of that. Nonetheless, the action along with the charming wit and humor, makes the audience intrigued to watch the story unfold!
